Our first Value Accelerator workshop

We held our first (Value Accelerator) workshop in the ENGIE One Safety Culture (EOSC) transition programme. 
All our ExCom, senior Operations and SHEQ managers were involved. 
The team reviewed; our Health & Safety data from the last 4 years, Safety alerts from ENGIE, our SHE Policies, Safety mission statement for 2024 and our recently updated site risk register to identify our Major Risks, Managerial Processes and Safety Rituals that will help us with continuous improvement of our Safety culture.
