Storengy UK Appoints new Managing Director

Michael will be taking over from Catherine Gras as Managing Director. Catherine will move to Chair of the Board for Storengy UK, she will continue to oversee the UK and German activities for the Storengy Business Unit.

Michael joins Storengy from ENGIE UK, where he has held varying positions across both public and private sector customers. Initially starting with Balfour Beatty Workplace and through acquisition started working in ENGIE UK. He has held a range of positions covering mobilisation activities, transformation and operational management, mostly focused on Facilities Management, Property and Energy Services. More recently he was the Managing Director for ENGIE UK’s and Cheshire West and Chester’s Joint Venture Company, Qwest Services, focused on Customer Services, FM, Capital Projects, Energy Services, Back Office Support. He recently launched ENGIE UKs first White Label domestic energy provision (Qwest Energy). Over his tenure he has developed Qwest into a position that has seen them grow into the Energy and Housing sectors.

Michael brings a wide-ranging skill set to Storengy UK including change management and services, this will assist Storengy UK in its ambitious development in line with Engie’s Strategy.

The Storengy team
